2019 Festival Information

2:00 pm
Thursday - July 11 - Main Street closes to local traffic; Approved Vendors may begin setting up for the weekend.  All vendors must check in with a River Fest Committee member to receive their 
2019 location.

Festival Hours:

Friday, July 12 from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Saturday, July 13 from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm
Sunday, July 14 from 11 am to 6:00 pm

Vendor Categories:
10x20 - Food Vendor - $600
10x10 - LOCAL Non-profit - $150
10x10 - Crafter - $200
10x10 - Home Improvement - $600

Payment Schedule:
$100.00 - Deposit Due May 15, 2019
$500.00 - Balance Due June 15, 2019

It is Huron River Fest Policy to accept returning vendors from the previous year first. After June 1, 2019 we will begin to pull 
from our wait list.

***Vendors with an Insurance Renewal Date after June 15, 2019 are REQUIRED to submit an expired certificate by June 15, 2019 
and follow up with a current Proof of Insurance prior to setting up.***
